The goal is to create a deck of cards that not only functions effectively for its intended purpose but also serves as an engaging and aesthetically pleasing piece of artwork.
OBJECTIVE
The process of creating the card deck begins with extensive research into existing decks on the market, identifying trends, styles, and preferences. Drawing inspiration from the Bauhaus movement, known for its clean lines and geometric shapes, the decision is made to infuse the deck with this distinctive style. The design process then involves meticulously crafting each card, including the number cards from 6 to 10, the face cards (Jack, Queen, and King), the Ace, and the Joker. Attention is given to maintaining consistency and coherence throughout the deck while incorporating elements of Bauhaus design principles. Finally, the deck's cover is designed to reflect the theme and aesthetic of the cards, ensuring a cohesive and visually striking result.
